This is one quality product. Fits my scoped LA101 perfectly, it has a soft inner cover with a thick fully padded lining, extra muzzle protection is an awesome idea. Super heavy duty outer skin should take plenty of abuse and I like the fact that is plain and simple black without fancy lines and colour inserts. The external storage pocket will have limited use as it is small and not expandable. The lockable zip runners and zip are super strong, a convenient loop is located at the muzzle end to enable vertical hang storage capability when not in use. Overall extremely happy with this case I will be buying one for each of my other rifles, priced very reasonably for this quality, highly recommended.

Excellent Quality

In every respect I am super pleased with this bag. I didn't have a big budget but still wanted something to do the job it was designed to do. I planned on spending about half of what this bag cost, but I am so glad I put a little more money down. I looked at other bags at my local gun shop and at other sites online. Each of them just looked like a floppy sock that would offer protection from light scratches and no more. I would describe this bag as a SEMI-RIGID bag and feel that the stiffness adds a lot of additional protection. I could probably fold it in half, but it would likely snap back and whack me in the face as punishment. If empty, it would stand up rigid against a wall. If I had to throw this in the back of a ute I would not be concerned about the gun being damaged. It is a tough bag. While the padding is not actually bonded to the outer or inner fabrics, the whole unit is constructed in a way that makes it feel as though it may have been glued down. The front muzzle protector when pushed out to protrude slightly from the bag, seems like it will give excellent protection. It came as though it had been punched in the nose and in that position I felt like the muzzle could work around the padding and find a thin spot. With the nose pushed out, it functions perfectly. The lining fabric is soft and fleecy. The pocket is simple and would be better for storing flat items like a note book. I could squeeze a couple of boxes of 22LR into the space, but I may tear the box getting it out. It has an elastic strap that could presumably hold 10 rounds of centre fire ammo or 10 small pencils ;) The pocket is bonded to a stiff backing and sits perfectly flush. Zippers are good and straps are well placed and strong. Zipper pulls are black cord and easy to grab, but I might replace mine with a bright paracord to make them easy to find. This is not a criticism, just a little modification to make it mine. This is money well spent! The 44" fits my CZ452 American with a couple of inches to spare. This is one of the reasons why I found this bag. I was searching for something that would fit it well without room to slide about. It is perfect.
